Sigma 70-200mm on first look

After having tried Sigma’s second generation 70-200mm (APO 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG OS HSM), it really made me crave to own one. When I fanally got one, unwrapped it quickly and did a lot of test shots, from macro to street photography. Good thing, local meetup group organized a benefit shoot for Whispering Woods Animal Rescue, a non-profit animal rescue organization, and it gave me the chance to test the lens as well for portrait photography. Below are some photos take with used of natural light, gold reflector and fill-in flash.

Seven Unders

The first photo shoot I attended in Philadelphia was on June 2010 and was organized by Philadelphia Glamour Photography Group with special participation of SigmaPhoto USA. Theme is all about the evolution of undergarments. SigmaPhoto was there to lend their All photos taken with natural light and help of reflector.

Two of the photos I took was exhibited in the Sigma Photo USA Booth during 2010 PDN Convention held in Jarvis Center, New York City. Please feel free to comment on these two images.

Blogger and Photographer

It’s been months since I have the confusion whether to stay on my portfolio flash website or move to blogging my photos. And I guess the alternative is better, as I have a lot of photos to share not enough to be included in flash website, too much of a work updating, compared to adding pages in a blog…

Anyway, This will be my blog and my portfolio. Currently “under construction”, but I’m hoping I can finish this by late August.

Keep visiting for more updates and “GREAT” photos. :D

Keep smiling and keep the shutter count…
